JOIN THE FOOD FOREST TOUR
and create your own Ice Cream Dream
EVERY SUNDAY from 9:30 to 11:30
( for groups of minimum of 4 people any other weekday is possible. )
Come to an experience in my permaculture garden, learn about organic farming and get inspired to start growing your own food.
We are going to explore the wide diversity of edible plants that grow around us
and harvest fruits, greens, herbs and flowers.
The tour starts by picking green superfoods and making a delicious, nourishing GREEN SMOOTHIE.
Then we are going on a garden tour and harvest seasonal gifts to create delicious
VEGAN ICE CREAM BOWLS
with many fresh toppings and dehydrated produce.
There will be herbal ice tea , juices and a selection of dehydrated produce from our small garden shop for you to taste.

Contribution is 1200 rupees per person (18% Gst included )
(20% discount for Aurovillians)
No need to have breakfast, you can indulge in the freshest foods directly from the garden!

THE GARDEN
I started the garden around my house out of need for fresh, living foods.What began as a necessity became a passion,and I now consider it a fundamental need to grow my own food. Over time, my permaculture garden has transformed into a small food forest, with a wide diversity of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and medicinal plants.
My focus is on nurturing the soil, as I believe healthy soil is the foundation of thriving plants. This garden has become more than just a source of food; it’s an educational space where the community and guests can come to be inspired and learn how to start their own small paradise.

VEGAN ICE CREAM & GREEN SMOOTHIES
There are unlimited ways on how to make vegan ice creams with just 2 or 3 ingredients. All we need is freshly picked fruits and seasonal flavours from the garden. With toppings of flowers and fruits you can create your own ice cream dream.
Green smoothies are a powerhouse of nutrients. They can be made with any seasonal green leaves and your favoutite fruits.

HOMEMADE PRODUCTS
As the garden thrives, it provides me with an abundance of food and a wonderful opportunity to save and share these wholesome foods with you.
All of the homemade produce are made in small batches according to the seasons. Preserved in the most natural way possible, retaining their nutritional value and flavor.
There are a variety of dehydrated and marinated fruits made from tree ripened fruits into delicious snacks.
Also teas and herbal powders are mede here with fresh herbs and leaves from my own food forest.

NURSERY & SEEDSAVING
Life on this planet flourishes through seeds. Over the years, as I have grown food, seed saving has become increasingly important. It allows us to be less dependent on seed companies and helps preserve the diversity of local seeds.
Saving seeds has become a significant part of my work. By sharing these seeds with others, we not only maintain biodiversity but also support sustainable gardening practices.
